2 large eggs
2 cups cooked quinoa
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 cups fresh basil
1 cup kale
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup pine nuts
1 garlic clove
3-4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
salt and pepper

fresh rosemary
1/2 pound grass fed ground beef
1.5 tbsp grass fed ghee
